We ship via [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx]. Shipping costs and timelines vary. Cold Sky Apparel Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please inspect all orders upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery for issues.

We offer custom design and printing services. All custom orders are based on client-approved designs. Once artwork is approved, production begins and changes cannot be made.
